This is a shorter, more receptive meditation. We’re helping—or simply allowing— our bodies to resonate in a frequency of gratitude and grace that is uncommon in most of our day-to-day lives. In doing so, we’re replenishing our cells, our nervous system, our orientation to the night’s rest and the next day. I’d recommend laying down, and if you have this downloaded and can stream without being drawn into your phone/computer, I’d recommend doing it right before bed. This is a practice I return to many times a day, and I see how Life meets me in beauty when I carry this energy of gratitude, flow, and forgiveness.
